The LifeCell™ Reimbursement Hotline offers assistance with:
- Pre-Certification/Pre-Determination
Some insurers require pre-certification or pre-determination prior to surgical procedures. - Appeal assistance
Some payors may not recognize or be aware of the clinical information to support AlloDerm® Tissue Matrix and Strattice™ Tissue Matrix and may deny initial claims.

Insurance Coverage Policies
Many national and regional insurers have published coverage policies which include AlloDerm® Tissue Matrix. Remember to contact the insurer since specific coverage decisions are dependent upon member benefit plans.
